Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación fue desarrollado en la institución educativa particular el buen pastor en donde se hizo un análisis de la problemática en la que adolecía la institución para luego pasar a proponer una solución de digitalización de los diferentes cursos que iban a permitir tanto a los docentes como a los estudiantes una mejor experiencia en el ámbito educativo, sobre todo se iba a lograr que profesores y estudiantes pudiesen a interactuar mejor a través de una plataforma muy dinámica muy ágil y sobre todo bastante amigable. El documento está dividido en tres capítulos, principalmente en el capítulo uno se realizó un análisis de la organización del estudio, se analizaron visión, misión y objetivos, también se dio algunas pautas para alinear los objetivos estratégicos con respecto a la propuesta informática al fin de que puedan estar alineados en el logro de los objetivos institucionales. Por otro lado, en el capítulo dos también se hicieron los requerimientos y todos los requisitos para poder implementar la solución en la nube que me permitía también seleccionar de manera adecuada el LMS que se ajustaría más a las necesidades de la organización de tal manera que la propuesta pudiese estar lo más cercana a una solución a medida y así poder responder de manera objetiva las necesidades de la institución
Abstract The present research work was developed at the private educational institution El Buen Pastor where an analysis was made of the problems that the institution suffered from and then went on to propose a digitalization solution for the different courses that were going to allow both teachers and students a better experience in the educational field, above all, it was going to ensure that teachers and students could interact better through a very dynamic, very agile and, above all, quite friendly platform. The document is divided into three chapters, mainly in chapter one an analysis of the organization of the study was carried out, vision, mission and objectives were analyzed, some guidelines were also given to align the strategic objectives with respect to the IT proposal in order to that can be aligned in achieving institutional objectives. On the other hand, in chapter two the requirements and all the requirements to be able to implement the cloud solution were also made, which also allowed me to appropriately select the LMS that would best fit the needs of the organization in such a way that the proposal could be as close as possible to a tailored solution and thus be able to objectively respond to the needs of the institution
