Item Influencia de la temperatura de recocido de las películas de zno compuestas con nanopartículas de au sobre el crecimiento de nanorods de zno informe(Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2013) Segundo Jonathan, Rojas FloresIn this work, the effect of annealing temperature (300 - 800 ° C) of ZnO:Au films, used as substrates, in the growth of ZnO nanorods using Spray Pyrolysis Technique was evaluated. ZnO films: Au were synthesized by sol-gel method and using reactive precursors of zinc acetate dihydrate dissolved in methanol, mixed with a colloidal solution of gold nanoparticles (Au). Spray solution precursor used during the growth process was prepared from precursor salts of zinc chloride (ZnCl2) and thiourea [SC(NH2)2], dissolved in ethanol, and ultrapure water at 3:2. During the spray pyrolysis process, air pressure and flow rate were controlled at 2.2 kPa and 6.0 L/min respectively. X-ray diffractograms of the ZnO nanorods revealed diffraction peaks associated with the hexagonal wurtzite structure of ZnO. The diffraction pattern and the image obtained by atomic force microscopy corresponding to the ZnO nanorods grown on the ZnO:Au film annealed at 300 °C, suggesting nanorods with growth perpendicular to the substrate surface (ZnO:Au); possibly favored by small grain sizes shown in this film. Transition from tensile stress to compressive stress in ZnO:Au films with increasing annealing temperature was observed, which possibly influenced in the anisotropic growth of the ZnO nanorods.
