Abstract
La investigación presentada tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el Engagement y el Desempeño Laboral de los colaboradores de Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Paita, Chepén 2022; fue de tipo no experimental, corte transversal y diseño correlacional no causal, con una muestra de 15 colaboradores de agencia y la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta a través de dos instrumentos, cuestionario UWES original y una ficha de evaluación basada en la teoría de Idalberto Chiavenato para medir el engagement y el desempeño laboral respectivamente. Con la estadística descriptiva se halló que el nivel de engagement es considerado como activación neutra según el 53.4% del total de colaboradores, asimismo el nivel de desempeño laboral es considerado como básico según el 46.7% del total de colaboradores. Se concluyó mediante el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman que existe una relación directa, fuerte, positiva y significativa con un valor de 0.885 y una p.sig<0.01 entre el engagement y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Paita, Chepén 2022. Igualmente se concluyó que existe relación significativa entre las dimensiones del desempeño laboral, calidad de atención, cumplimiento de tareas, actitud colaborativa e iniciativa – creatividad con el engagement, asimismo se determinó la existencia de una relación significativa entre las dimensiones del engagement, vigor, dedicación y absorción con el desempeño laboral. Finalmente se elaboró una propuesta de plan de actividades como último objetivo específico y valor añadido para mejorar el engagement en los colaboradores de Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Paita, Chepén 2022.
ABSTRACT The research presented had the general objective of determining the relationship between Engagement and Labor Performance of the collaborators of Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Paita, Chepén 2022; It was of a non-experimental type, cross-sectional and non-causal correlational design, with a sample of 15 agency collaborators and the technique used was the survey through two instruments, the original UWES questionnaire and an evaluation sheet based on the theory of Idalberto Chiavenato. to measure engagement and job performance respectively. It was concluded through Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient that there is a direct, strong, positive and significant relationship with a value of 0.885 and a p.sig<0.01 between engagement and job performance of employees of Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito. de Paita, Chepén 2022. Likewise, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of job performance, quality of care, task fulfillment, collaborative attitude and initiative - creativity with engagement, the existence of a significant relationship between the dimensions was also determined. of engagement, vigor, dedication and absorption with job performance. Finally, a proposal for an activity plan was prepared as the last specific objective and added value to improve the engagement in the collaborators of Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Paita, Chepén 2022.
