Abstract
El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue determinar la Influencia del clima organizacional en la satisfacción laboral del personal administrativo de la empresa Grupo Zeus Service S.A.C -Trujillo 2023. El problema encontrado fue ¿De qué manera el clima organizacional influye en la satisfacción laboral del personal Administrativo de la empresa Grupo Zeus Service SAC, ciudad de Trujillo, año 2023?, con la siguiente hipótesis planteada el clima organizacional influye de manera positiva y significativa en la satisfacción laboral del personal administrativo de la empresa Grupo Zeus Service S.A.C– Trujillo 2023. Se empleó un diseño de investigación no experimental, transaccional y correlacional - causal, con una población y muestra de 30 colaboradores administrativos, utilizando el cuestionario como instrumento de recolección de datos. Los resultados revelaron que el 47% de los encuestados perciben el clima organizacional regular y el 33% lo percibe como malo; el 63% consideran que la satisfacción laboral es regular y 27% considera como malo. Además, se demostró una correlación positiva significativa (coeficiente de Pearson = 0.655, nivel de significancia < 0.05) entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral. Estos hallazgos son esenciales para proponer un plan de mejora que fortalezcan el clima organizacional generando mejor satisfacción laboral del personal administrativo de la empresa Grupo Zeus Service S.A.C- Trujillo 2023.
ABSTRACT The general objective of this research was to determine the influence of the organizational climate on the job satisfaction of the administrative staff of the company Grupo Zeus Service S.A.C-Trujillo 2023. The problem found was: How does the organizational climate influence the job satisfaction of the staff? Administrative of the company Grupo Zeus Service SAC, city of Trujillo, year 2023?, with the following hypothesis raised, the organizational climate influences in a positive and significant way the job satisfaction of the administrative staff of the company Grup Zeus Service S.A.C – Trujillo 2023. A non-experimental, transactional and correlational-causal research design was used, with a population and sample of 30 administrative collaborators, using the questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The results revealed that 47% of respondents perceive the organizational climate to be average and 33% perceive it as bad; 63% consider job satisfaction to be average and 27% consider it to be bad. Furthermore, a significant positive correlation (Pearson coefficient = 0.655, significance level < 0.05) was demonstrated between organizational climate and job satisfaction. These findings are essential to propose an improvement plan that strengthens the organizational climate, generating better job satisfaction for the administrative staff of the company Grup Zeus Service S.A.C- Trujillo 2023.
