Abstract
El siguiente informe de suficiencia laboral tiene como objetivo general mejorar los procesos operativos para incrementar la productividad laboral en Caja Trujillo - Tienda Huamachuco. En lo que se refiere a procesos operativos, esta oficina aqueja principalmente de dos males: el primero es la demora en los tiempos de atención lo que genera malestar en los clientes y por ende baja calificación en las encuestas; y el segundo es la exposición al riesgo que presenta por ser una oficina captadora, ocasiona que constantemente se quiebren los límites de caja. La productividad laboral en el proceso de depósito pre implementación fue de 144 transacciones/día. La productividad laboral en el proceso de retiro pre implementación es de 116 transacciones/día. La productividad laboral en el proceso de depósito post implementación fue de 193 transacciones/día. La productividad laboral en el proceso de retiro post implementación es de 158 transacciones/día. La conclusión principal fue que la mejora en los procesos operativos incrementó la productividad laboral en Caja Trujillo - tienda Huamachuco, debido a la productividad laboral del proceso de depósito paso de 144 a 193 transacciones/día la que significa un incremento del 34.03%, y la productividad laboral del proceso de retiro paso de 116 a 158 transacciones/día generando un incremento del 36.21%.
ABSTRACT The following labor sufficiency report has the general objective of improving operational processes to increase labor productivity at Caja Trujillo - Huamachuco store. Regarding operational processes, this office mainly suffers from two problems: the first is the delay in service times, which generates discomfort in customers and therefore low ratings in surveys; and the second is the exposure to risk that it presents by being a collecting office, which causes cash limits to be constantly breached. Labor productivity in the pre-implementation deposit process was 144 transactions/day. Labor productivity in the pre-implementation withdrawal process was 116 transactions/day. Labor productivity in the post-implementation deposit process was 193 transactions/day. Labor productivity in the post-implementation withdrawal process is 158 transactions/day. The main conclusion was that the improvement in operational processes increased labor productivity at Caja Trujillo - Huamachuco store, due to the labor productivity of the deposit process going from 144 to 193 transactions/day, which means an increase of 34.03%, and the labor productivity of the withdrawal process going from 116 to 158 transactions/day, generating an increase of 36.21%.
