Abstract
La presente investigación fue realizada en una empresa privada, perteneciente a la Provincia De Trujillo – Distrito el Porvenir, Región La Libertad, Perú. Su objetivo es determinar la satisfacción laboral y su incidencia en la productividad de los trabajadores de la empresa inversiones Guzmán R&M S.A.C porvenir- Trujillo 2023. El estudio es de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, de nivel descriptivo-explicativo y con enfoque cuantitativo, cuya muestra constó de 35 personas empleados de la empresa, mediante muestreo censal, a quienes se les aplicó la técnica de la encuesta con tres niveles: alto, medio y bajo. De los resultados, respecto a la satisfacción laboral, se obtuvo un puntaje mayor en el nivel; respecto a la productividad, se halló también un mayor puntaje en el nivel medio, asimismo, por prueba de Chi cuadrado, se halló un nivel de 5 % de relación significativa entre las variables, con = 9,488 de significancia por prueba de Pearson en 4 niveles de libertad. En conclusión, existe un nivel de dependencia de una variable sobre otra.
