Abstract
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional titulado Gestión por competencias y desempeño laboral del personal de la agencia BCP Trujillo-Centro Histórico, Periodo 2018 - 2023, tuvo como objetivo analizar y describir la experiencia profesional obtenida en el BCP en el periodo 2018 al 2023, en los cargos de Promotor de Servicios y Asesor de Clientes en la Agencia BCP de la ciudad de Trujillo, La Libertad. Este documento está conformado por cuatro capítulos; en el primero, se describe el contexto institucional del BCP, las funciones realizadas según los cargos ocupados, se identificaron los problemas de los puestos laborales y se definieron los objetivos del presente informe. En el segundo capítulo, se expone la fundamentación científico-técnica del desempeño laboral aplicada en el BCP. En el tercer capítulo, se mencionan las estrategias de solución a los problemas identificados. Y, en el cuarto capítulo, expongo un análisis crítico de la formación recibida en la escuela profesional de administración de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Finalmente, se realizan las conclusiones, de las cuales destacó la ineficiente gestión por competencias repercutiendo en el desempeño de los colaboradores; por lo que, se proponen determinadas recomendaciones a fin de que la agencia BCP las implemente.
ABSTRACT The present professional proficiency work entitled Management by skills and work performance of the staff of the BCP Agency Trujillo-Centro Histórico, Period 2018 - 2023, aimed to analyze and describe the professional experience obtained at the BCP in the period 2018 to 2023, in the positions of Service Promoter and Client Advisor at the BCP Agency in the city of Trujillo, La Libertad. This document is made up of four chapters; In the first, the institutional context of the BCP is described, the functions performed according to the positions held, the problems of the job positions were identified, and the objectives of this report were defined. In the second chapter, the scientific-technical foundation of work performance applied in the BCP is presented. In the third chapter, the solution strategies for the identified problems are mentioned. And, in the fourth chapter, I present a critical analysis of the training received at the professional school of administration of the National University of Trujillo. Finally, the conclusions are made, of which the inefficient management by competencies stood out, impacting the performance of the collaborators; Therefore, certain recommendations are proposed for the BCP agency to implement.
