Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar cómo se relacionan la comunicación organizacional interna y el rendimiento laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital de Curgos - provincia Sánchez Carrión, 2023; cuyo problema respectivo fue ¿Cómo se relaciona la Comunicación organizacional interna y el rendimiento laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital de Curgos - provincia Sánchez Carrión, 2023? El diseño de investigación utilizado fue no experimental, de tipo correlacional y transversal; la población de estudio se conformó por los 58 trabajadores, quienes a su vez conforman la muestra. Como técnica de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta, siendo el instrumento respectivo el cuestionario. Como principales resultados, se destaca que tanto la comunicación organizacional interna como el rendimiento laboral han obtenido una calificación a nivel regular, dado que presentan más debilidades que fortalezas. Se concluyó que la comunicación organizacional interna se relaciona de manera positiva con el rendimiento laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital de Curgos, dado que se aplicó la correlación de Rho de Spearman obteniéndose los valores de r=0.644, y el p=0.00 menor a 0.01.
ABSTRACT The general objective of this research was to determine how internal organizational communication and work performance are related in the District Municipality of Curgos - Sánchez Carrión province, 2023; whose respective problem was: How is internal organizational communication and work performance related in the District Municipality of Curgos - Sánchez Carrión province, 2023? The research design used was non-experimental and cross-sectional and correlational; The study population was made up of 58 workers, who in turn make up the sample. The survey was used as a data collection technique, the respective instrument being the questionnaire. As main results, it stands out that both internal organizational communication and work performance have obtained a regular level rating, given that they present more weaknesses than strengths. It was concluded that internal organizational communication is positively related to work performance in the District Municipality of Curgos, since Spearman's Rho correlation was applied, obtaining values of r=0.644, and p=0.00 less than 0.01.
