Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la aplicación de la Metodología Lean Startup en la implementación de una academia de matemática en la provincia de Trujillo 2023. El tipo de investigación es aplicada, de diseño no experimental, correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo, la población fue de 69 759 y la muestra fue 382 padres de familia y 15 estudiantes para los talleres de matemática, se usó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento 3 cuestionarios debidamente validados y con confiabilidad medida aplicando el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach. Para la prueba de la hipótesis se usó la prueba estadística de Spearman para ver la relación de la Metodología Lean Startup y la implementación de la academia de matemática encontrando como resultado que existe una correlación positiva alta entre la aplicación de la metodología lean startup y la implementación de una academia de matemática. Esta fuerte correlación indica que hay una asociación notable entre estas dos variables. En otras palabras, la aplicación exitosa de la metodología lea startup se traduce en una implementación altamente efectiva de la academia de matemáticas. Finalmente, se concluyó que el plan de negocios superó con éxito las evaluaciones de mercado, técnica, económica y financiera, se establece de manera inequívoca que este generará valor. Por lo tanto, se confirmó que la implementación del plan de negocios es completamente viable.
ABSTRACT The present research aimed to determine the influence of applying the Lean Startup Methodology on the implementation of a mathematics academy in the province of Trujillo in 2023. The research type was applied, non-experimental, correlational, with a quantitative approach, and descriptive scope. The population consisted of 69,759 individuals, and the sample included 382 parents and 15 students for the mathematics workshops. Surveys were used as the technique, and three questionnaires, duly validated and with reliability measured using the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, served as instruments. For hypothesis testing, the Spearman statistical test was employed to examine the relationship between the Lean Startup Methodology and the implementation of the mathematics academy. The results revealed a significantly high positive correlation between the application of the Lean Startup methodology and the implementation of a mathematics academy. This strong correlation indicates a noteworthy association between these two variables. In other words, the successful application of the Lean Startup methodology translates into a highly effective implementation of the mathematics academy. Finally, it was concluded that the business plan successfully surpassed evaluations in market, technical, economic, and financial aspects, unequivocally establishing its capacity to generate value. Therefore, confirmation was obtained that the implementation of the business plan is entirely viable.
