Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores en una mype agroexportadora de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2023. La metodología llevada a cabo correspondió a una investigación descriptivo correlacional, con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada y el diseño fue no experimental de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por 26 trabajadores, a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos: un cuestionario para medir el clima organizacional, cuya confiabilidad mediante Alfa de Cronbach fue de 0.950 y otro cuestionario para medir el desempeño laboral cuya confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach fue de 0.914. El resultado obtenido más importante, que permitió afirmar la hipótesis, arrojó un Rho de Spearman de 0.872 y un p-valor 0.003 (<0.05). Con este resultado se concluyó que existe una relación directa, muy alta y significativa entre en clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores en una mype agroexportadora de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2023.
