Abstract
El trabajo de investigación realizado, se hizo teniendo como objeto de estudio a los clientes de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Huancayo – Agencia Huamachuco 2 020, siendo su principal objetivo determinar la relación de la Cultura financiera y la Banca Digital de los clientes de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Huancayo – Agencia Huamachuco 2020, el tipo de investigación realizada de acuerdo al fin que se persigue, es aplicada y de acuerdo a su alcance es de tipo descriptiva, siendo su diseño de investigación descriptivo correlacional, no experimental, se utilizó el Método Inductivo–Deductivo, Método Hipotético– Deductivo, se utilizó la recopilación de datos y la encuesta como técnica de investigación, para validar la confiabilidad de los datos obtenidos se aplicó el método Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose un índice de 0.820 para la encuesta total, en cuanto a la variable Cultura financiera un índice igual a 0.766 y 0.740 para la variable dependiente Banca digital; la población estuvo conformada por los Clientes de la Caja Huancayo, que en total para el periodo estudiado fue de 1995 clientes, la muestra representativa fue de 140 clientes, a quienes se le aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos, y con los datos procesados se pudo cumplir con los objetivos de la investigación, contrastar las hipótesis, y determinar que las variables de estudio se encuentran correlacionadas positivamente, con un coeficiente Rho de Spearman igual a 0.879, y como conclusión principal, se determinó que entre las variables Cultura financiera y Banca digital existe una relación positiva y significativa.
ABSTRACT: The research work carried out was carried out having as an object of study the clients of the Municipal Savings and Credit Fund of Huancayo - Huamachuco Agency 2 020, its main objective being to determine the relationship of the clients' Financial Culture and Digital Banking of the Municipal Savings and Credit Fund of Huancayo - Huamachuco Agency 2020, the type of research carried out according to the end pursued, is applied and according to its scope is descriptive, being its descriptive research design correlational, not Experimental, the Inductive-Deductive Method was used, the Hypothetical-Deductive Method, the data collection and the survey were used as a research technique, to validate the reliability of the data obtained, the Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, obtaining an index of 0.820 for the total survey, for the variable Financial culture an index equal to 0.766 and 0.740 for the dependent variable Digital banking; The population was made up of the Clients of Caja Huancayo, which in total for the period studied was 1995 clients, the representative sample was 140 clients, to whom the data collection instrument was applied, and with the processed data the was able to meet the objectives of the research, contrast the hypotheses, and determine that the study variables are positively correlated, with a Spearman Rho coefficient equal to 0.879, and as the main conclusion, it was determined that between the variables Financial culture and Banking digital there is a positive and significant relationship.
