Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la motivación y de qué manera influye en la satisfacción laboral del personal administrativo de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo- Sede Central, 2023. Se empleó un diseño de investigación no experimental, transaccional y correlacional, con una muestra de 190 servidores administrativos, utilizando un cuestionario como instrumento de recolección de datos. Los resultados revelaron que el 53% de los encuestados perciben la motivación bueno, y el 42% consideran que la satisfacción laboral es regular. Además, se demostró una correlación positiva y significativa (coeficiente de Pearson = 0.731, nivel de significancia < 0.05) entre la motivación y la satisfacción laboral. Estos hallazgos son esenciales para proponer estrategias de motivación que fortalezcan y mejoren la satisfacción laboral del personal administrativo de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo- Sede Central, 2023.
