Abstract
La presente investigación titulada: “Rotación de Personal y su influencia en el Desempeño laboral en la empresa Macga sede Bolívar Trujillo, 2020” tuvo como objetivo general analizar la influencia de la Rotación de personal en el desempeño laboral en la empresa Macga. La investigación tiene un diseño no experimental, según su objetivo es básica, según los datos empleados es cuantitativa y de tipo explicativo - causal. La población muestral está conformada por los 22 trabajadores que laboran en la empresa Macga y el muestreo fue de tipo no probabilístico. La técnica empleada para recolectar información fue la encuesta, y los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron los cuestionarios, con escala de Likert, con un índice de confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach de 0.9. En cuanto al análisis inferencial, la contrastación de la hipótesis general con el estadístico Rho de Spearman arroja un valor p<.01, por lo que se concluyó que existe una influencia significativa entre la rotación de personal y el desempeño laboral en la empresa Macga.
ABSTRACT The present research entitled: "Staff turnover and its influence on job performance in the company Macga headquarters Bolívar Trujillo, 2020" had as a general objective to analyze the influence of staff turnover on job performance in the Macga company.
