Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre la inteligencia emocional y la productividad de los trabajadores administrativos del hospital Tomás Lafora y Guzmán - 2022, el estudio fue de tipo correlacional. Para la recolección de datos de las variables inteligencia emocional y productividad se utilizó el utilizó como técnica la encuesta que fue aplicada a la muestra conformada por 61 trabajadores administrativos del Hospital Tomás Lafora y Guzman – 2022. Se realizaron 2 cuestionarios conformados por 40 preguntas, 20 para la variable de inteligencia emocional y 20 para la variable de productividad, de autoría propia, utilizando la escala de Likert, los datos recolectados de ambas variables sirvieron para poder determinar el grado de correlación que poseen las mismas. Luego del análisis de la información obtenida, se pudo concluir que la inteligencia emocional posee una correlación positiva alta con la productividad de los trabajadores del hospital tomás Lafora y Guzmán – 2022.
