Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación entre las estrategias de marketing en redes sociales y la captación de leads de la empresa Imcop Group S.A.C.- Trujillo, 2023. Se empleó un diseño de investigación no experimental de tipo transversal-correlacional, con una muestra de 329 leads de la empresa en redes sociales, utilizando un cuestionario como instrumento de recolección de datos. Los resultados revelaron que el 76% de los encuestados perciben a las estrategias de marketing en redes sociales como regular, y el 67% señala que la captación de leads es regular. Así también, se demostró la hipótesis del estudio mediante el Rho de Spearman= 0.738 y significancia < 0.05, concluyendo que existe una relación directa entre las estrategias de marketing en redes sociales y la captación de leads de la empresa Imcop Group S.A.C., Trujillo 2023.
