Abstract
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tuvo como objetivo analizar y describir la experiencia profesional obtenida en la empresa agroindustrial Camposol - Virú en el periodo 2020 al 2023, ejerciendo los cargos de Supervisor de Transportes de Materia Prima y Supervisor de Transporte de Personal en la Sucursal de la Provincia de Virú, La Libertad. El informe consta de cuatro capítulos; en el primero se detalla el contexto institucional de Camposol, las funciones de los cargos desempeñados, además, se identificaron los problemas de los puestos de trabajo y se definieron los objetivos del presente informe. En el segundo capítulo, se detalla la fundamentación científico-técnica del desempeño laboral obtenido en Camposol. En el tercer capítulo, se propone estrategias de solución para los problemas identificados anteriormente. En el cuarto capítulo, comparto mi apreciación crítica, en base a mi experiencia laboral, respecto a la formación brindada en la Escuela Profesional de Administración de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Finalmente, se formulan las conclusiones, siendo las más impactantes la ineficiente gestión logística y la insatisfacción del personal; para ello, se sugieren determinadas recomendaciones a fin de que Camposol las ponga en práctica.
ABSTRACT The objective of this professional sufficiency work was to analyze and describe the professional experience obtained in the agro-industrial company Camposol - Virú in the period 2020 to 2023, exercising the positions of Supervisor of Transportation of Raw Materials and Supervisor of Transportation of Personnel in the Branch of Virú Province, La Libertad. The report consists of four chapters; in the first, the institutional context of Camposol is detailed, the functions of the positions performed, in addition, the problems of the jobs were identified, and the objectives of this report were defined. In the second chapter, the scientific-technical foundation of the work performance obtained in Camposol is detailed. In the third chapter, solution strategies are proposed for the problems identified above. In the fourth chapter, I share my critical appreciation, based on my work experience, regarding the training provided at the Professional School of Administration of the National University of Trujillo. Finally, the conclusions are formulated, the most impressive being the inefficient logistics management and the dissatisfaction of the personnel; To this end, certain recommendations are suggested so that Camposol can put them into practice.
