Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la gestión administrativa con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del IE. JEC. José Olaya – Cachachi – Cajabamba, 2020; se utilizó el diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, correlacional, se utilizó la encuesta como técnica y el cuestionario como instrumento, la población estuvo conformada por el personal administrativo y docente de la IE. JEC. José Olaya que son 30 colaboradores. Los resultados más importantes son el 23.33% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de la gestión administrativa en la IE. JEC. José Olaya – Cachachi – Cajabamba es eficiente, el 40.00% indicaron que es regular y el 36.67% indicaron que es ineficiente; por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. Se encontró que el nivel de desempeño de los colaboradores en la IE. JEC. José Olaya – Cachachi – Cajabamba, 2020 es alto en un 26.67%, regular en un 40.00% y bajo en un 33.33%; por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. Como conclusión principal se tiene que el coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman es 0.825, y grado de significación estadística de p < 0,05, por lo tanto, se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis en estudio, determinando que la gestión administrativa se relaciona positivamente y significativamente con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del IE. ABSTRACT The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between administrative management and the work performance of IE employees. JEC. José Olaya - Cachachi - Cajabamba, 2020; The non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational design was used, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, the population was made up of the administrative and teaching staff of the EI. JEC. José Olaya, who are 30 collaborators. The most important results are 23.33% of the collaborators indicated that the level of administrative management in EI. JEC. José Olaya - Cachachi - Cajabamba is efficient, 40.00% indicated that it is regular and 36.67% indicated that it is inefficient; therefore, the level is regular. It was found that the level of performance of the collaborators in EI. JEC. José Olaya - Cachachi - Cajabamba, 2020 is high by 26.67%, regular by 40.00% and low by 33.33%; therefore, the level is regular. The main conclusion is that the correlation coefficient of Spearman's Rho is 0.825, and a degree of statistical significance of p <0.05, therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the hypothesis under study is accepted, determining that the management administrative is positively and significantly related to the work performance of IE employees.
