The labour relations have received the ravages produced by new forms of business organization, changes that have not had a quick response from the Labor Law. The company groups as a manifestation of corporate decentralization, are making use of the movement of workers between different companies that conformants, a phenomenon that is not regulated by our Labour Law, which still sees the employment relationship as one in which there are only two parts: worker and employer, although in the groups company can not clearly identify the "employer". Thus, although the effects of movement of workers within a group of companies have not yet been legislated, the doctrine and especially the jurisprudence allow us to establish with some clarity what should be the consequences of the movement of workers, either when evaluating the employment record a worker, the validity of his employment contract subject to special conditions, payment of social benefits, among others.
