This research corresponds to the self-assessment Career Management Daniel Alcides Carrion National University, through 62 standards required for the first accreditation of a total of 96 standards Quality Model CONEAU, relating to its 3 dimensions: Career Management, professional Training and support services to professional training, in order to strengthen the quality of education imparted in the academic unit, ensuring the of competitive society professionals. The research is quantitative and applied with a design descriptive and research using the method of non-experimental research and analytical research techniques of documentary analysis to obtain information on the nominal standards and technical surveys, interviews, indicators, workshops and expert judgment for other standards of satisfaction, systemic and evaluative. The results were organized in tables and uni-dimensional frequencies, calculation and interpretation of statistical measures. It was found that of the 10 standards of Career Management, Career Management, Faculty of Economics, Accounting and Business Administration from the National University Daniel Alcides Carrión, does not meet any of them; of the 28 standards of vocational training, career management complies with 14 standards, corresponding to 22,58% and 24 service standards to support vocational training, career management meets 8 standard, equivalent to 12,90% compliance; however these results allowed the development of corresponding improvement plans and basis for the work of the Internal Self-Assessment Committee Career Management National University Daniel Alcides Carrión of Cerro de Pasco.
