This research work includes "findings" that show the ancient use of teamwork, resorting to traditional sources of information about ancient civilizations: Egypt with its pyramids, the Inca Empire with the ruins of Machu Picchu, Israel with famous people. Such information is corroborated by interviews with engineers, architects, priests and pastors. A survey was also raised to the collaborators of the "Alameda del Calzado" on the management by computers. In this sense, this research aims to: a) Determine that teamwork according to traditional sources, contributes to improved job performance in the "Alameda del Calzado", b) Define how teamwork as traditional sources continues force, c) Analyze biblical concepts related to teamwork, d) Confronting the biblical content related to teamwork with contemporary treaties. The population is equivalent to the sample and are the sellers hundred "Alameda del Calzado". The research is applied and descriptive, documentary and historical well and allowed us to conclude that teamwork millennia contributes in improving job performance.
