Dispensación de acetilcisteína 600m mg oral en una botica de la ciudad de Trujillo, Julio 2020- Junio 2021

Abstract

El presente informe de prácticas pre profesionales, tuvo como objetivo, identificar el proceso de dispensación en pacientes que usan acetilcisteína 600m mg oral en una botica de la ciudad de Trujillo, Julio 2020- Junio 2021” en diferentes presentaciones comerciales como: Fluimucil 600 mg, Flucistein 600 mg, Brimodin 600 mg, Mucoasmat 600 mg y Bronquibrox 600 mg. La información se obtuvo del Kardex del sistema de ventas y procesados en Excel para su respectivo análisis descriptivo y retrospectivo. Los resultados se muestran en gráficas y tablas que determinaron la demanda mensual y anual de este medicamento. Del análisis de los resultados se concluye que: La forma comercial Fluimucil logró posicionarse como el medicamento más expedido (n =1829) frente a las demás marcas comercializadas, y con un precio de S/ 3.50 tuvo una demanda de consumo de S/ 6035.7 en el periodo de julio 2020-2021, además de un reporte de consumo anual de 46 %, haciéndose las recomendaciones correspondientes para el buen uso de este medicamento

The objective of this pre-professional practice report was to identify the dispensing process in patients who use acetylcysteine 600m mg orally in a pharmacy in the city of Trujillo, July 2020- June 2021 ”in different commercial presentations such as: Fluimucil 600 mg, Flucistein 600 mg, Brimodin 600 mg, Mucoasmat 600 mg and Bronquibrox 600 mg. The information was obtained from the Kardex of the sales system and processed in Excel for its respective descriptive and retrospective analysis. The results are shown in graphs and tables that determined the monthly and annual demand for this drug. From the analysis of the results, it is concluded that: The commercial form Fluimucil managed to position itself as the most widely issued drug (n = 1829) compared to the other marketed brands, and with a price of S / 3.50 it had a consumer demand of S / 6035.7 in the period of July 2020-2021, in addition to an annual consumption report of 46%, making the corresponding recommendations for the proper use of this drug
