Actualización del Procedimiento Operativo Estándar para el inventario en la droguería DROFAR E.I.R.L

Abstract

El presente informe de prácticas pre profesionales tiene como objetivo actualizar el Procedimiento Operativo Estándar para el control del inventario de la droguería DROFAR E.I.R.L. Así como, evaluar el Procedimiento Operativo Estándar actual de la droguería, identificar las variaciones y sus causas en el control de inventario, implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas para evitar las variaciones en el control de inventario y realizar un diagrama de flujo para el inventario de productos. Para ello se realizó la evaluación del Procedimiento Operativo Estándar actual de la droguería, la cual tuvo como resultado observaciones en cuanto a la terminología, el personal responsable y el procedimiento. En lo que respecta a las variaciones en el control del inventario, según el trabajo realizado se identificó que el principal motivo de variación en dicho control fue por faltantes (0,81%), dentro de los cuales la principal causa fue por error de despacho (58.33%), seguido por la de error de digitación (41,67%). Posteriormente se implementó acciones correctivas como el descuento al personal del almacén por las variaciones encontradas en los productos faltantes y la posterior actualización en el Kardex. Así mismo se llevó a cabo la implementación de medidas preventivas como, capacitar a todo el personal encargado de llevar a cabo el inventario, llevar un registro formal del personal encargado de realizar el inventario, así también coordinar la asignación de las áreas de los almacenes a inventariar y verificar y validar el correcto ingreso de los resultados e información recopilada en el inventario. Como parte de medidas preventivas se realizó un diagrama de flujo para el inventario total, esto con la finalidad de llevar a cabo un mejor control de inventario. The objective of this pre-professional practice report is to update the Standard Operating Procedure for inventory control of the DROFAR E.I.R.L. As well as, evaluate the current Standard Operating Procedure of the drugstore, identify variations and their causes in inventory control, implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid variations in inventory control and make a flow chart for product inventory. For this, the evaluation of the current Standard Operating Procedure of the drugstore was carried out, which resulted in observations regarding terminology, responsible personnel and procedure. Regarding variations in inventory control, according to the work carried out, it was identified that the main reason for variation in said control was due to shortages (0.81%), among which the main cause was due to dispatch (58.33%), followed by fingering (41.67%). Subsequently, corrective actions were implemented such as the discount to warehouse personnel for the variations found in the missing products and the subsequent update in the Kardex. Likewise, the implementation of preventive measures was carried out, such as training all the personnel in charge of carrying out the inventory, keeping a formal record of the personnel in charge of carrying out the inventory, as well as coordinating the allocation of warehouse areas to inventory and verify and validate the correct entry of the results and information collected in the inventory.
