Factores biosociolaborales y el síndrome de burnout en enfermeras emergencistas Hospital Belén de Trujillo

Abstract

La presente investigación de tipo descriptiva correlacional de corte transversal se realizó en emergencia del Hospital Belén de Trujillo en Febrero 2020 con el propósito de determinar la relación que existe entre los factores biosociolaborales y el síndrome de burnout en las enfermeras emergencista, el universo muestral estuvo constituida por 28 enfermeras cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión, para recoger los datos se utilizó un instrumento para los factores biosociolaborales y el inventario de Burnout de Maslach, se utilizó la prueba estadística de chi cuadrado, concluyendo que el 43% de las enfermeras se encuentran entre las edades de 35 a 44 años, el 32 % entre 25 a 34 años, el 21% entre 45 a 54 años y solo el 4% más de 55 años de edad, el 64% son nombradas, 36% contratadas, el 50% trabajan en el turno de mañana, asimismo un 32% turno tarde y solo el 18 % de noche, asimismo el 8 % tiene antigüedad laboral entre 11 a 15 años, 6% entre 16 a 20 años, el 5% entre 21 a 25 años, el 4% de 6 a 10 años, el 3% entre 1 a 5 años de antigüedad y solo el 2% más de 26 años de edad; el 57% de las enfermeras presentan un grado medio del síndrome de burnout, por consiguiente 29% alto y por ultimo un 14% bajo; existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre la edad (p=0.0135), situación laboral (p=0.088) y antigüedad laboral (p=0.026) y el síndrome de burnout.

The present cross-sectional descriptive type research was carried out in the emergency service of the Belén de Trujillo Hospital between the months of February 2020 with the purpose of determining the relationship between biosociolaboral factors and burnout syndrome in the emergent nurses, the sample universe consisted of 28 nurses who met the established inclusion criteria, to collect the data an instrument was used for the biosociolaborales factors and the Burnout inventory of Maslach, the statistical chi-square test was used for the Statistical analysis, concluding that 43% of nurses are between the ages of 35 to 44 years, 32% between 25 to 34 years, 21% between 45 to 54% and only 4% over 55 years of age , 64% are appointed, 36% hired, 50% work in the morning shift 32% afternoon shift and only 18% at night 8% have an working age between 11 and 15 years, 6% between 16 and 20 years 5% between 21 and 25 years 4% from 6 to 10 years, 3% between 1 and 5 years old and only 2% over 26 year old; 57% of nurses have a medium degree of burnout syndrome, 29% high and only 14% low; there is a statistically significant relationship between age (p = 0.0135), employment status (p = 0.088) and (p =0.026) and burnout syndrome.
