Propuesta de creación de Compañía de Bomberos como estrategia de prevención de riesgos en la ciudad de Chocope 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó para apoyar a solucionar los problemas de riesgo tanto naturales como sociales de las familias de la ciudad de chocope que no cuenta con un sistema de prevención ni de apoyo en casos de desastres, esta ciudad cuenta con un hospital, un cuartel militar muchas pequeñas industrias de panificación para abastecer a los lugares aledaños y contar con ingresos para los pobladores de la ciudad, además está rodeada con campos de cultivo de caña de azúcar que frecuentemente queman estos cultivos para realizar la cosecha de la caña, todo esto significa riesgo para los hogares y diferentes habitaciones. El cuerpo general de bomberos voluntarios del Perú es una entidad que tiene como principales funciones, la de prevenir y extinguir incendios y, en especial, salvar vidas humanas que pudieren encontrarse expuestas a un peligro grave e inminente originado por algún siniestro. sin embargo, actualmente en el Perú, las condiciones de los bomberos para realizar sus labores también están expuestas a insuficiencias y necesidades que deben ser cubiertas con carácter de urgencia, en el más breve plazo. Ofrecemos ideas y tecnologías apropiadas para que los interesados en este proyecto puedan contar con este medio de prevención y auxilio ante la ocurrencia de desastres. Es menester, por tanto, que la actividad de los bomberos es una función diaria y riesgosa para mitigar desastres. sin embargo, para cumplir de forma eficiente esa labor, debe tenerse en cuenta que la renovación de equipos de incendios, utilería especial para cada efectivo, afinamiento de sus unidades vehiculares y que exista una coordinación entre las compañías y la empresa de agua potable para la utilización de bombas de agua resultan tan importantes como las acciones que realizan la presente investigación pretende convertirse en un instrumento que permita a las familias contar con un apoyo a sus posibles inversiones de índole familiar o económicas.
