Abstract

The following thesis is entitled: conditions tourist district of Sanagorán - Sánchez Carrión province, to develop a product of Community Rural tourism as a means to promote local development in this part of the sierra of La Libertad which was interest to achieve to identify what are the conditions of Sanagorán district with respect to traditional activities, the intervention of its entitiesthe participation of the community and connectivity to the district to develop a community-based rural tourism product. Traditional activities has this district; as agriculture, food, clothing, and festivals are an important part in the development of a rural tourism product. Local authorities and their intervention and involvement that manage to improve the conditions of the local population. On the other hand the community is characterized by its participation in various activities and shows interest in developing a community-based rural tourism product. Connectivity is in good condition and basic services are being implemented for the good of the community of Sanagorán. Which has been obtained valuable information from the Customs and traditions of the population; likewise the interest of its authorities and the community towards tourism. It used the following methodology: Analytical Methods - Synthetic and Ethnographic techniques: the draftee, observation, interview, survey, sampling, and the instruments: field book, interview guide, questionnaire survey, the camera, audio record and textual record. Sanagorán district has all the conditions to develop a product of rural tourism community, have attractions of great value and the interest of its people and the easy accessibility to the place.
