This research work was developed with the aim of determining the influence of organizational values in the work performance of workers of Cineplanet Trujillo Centre - 2012-2013 period. This research report was non-experimental transectional correlational, causal, as well as the following methods design: inductive method and the statistician; and finally applied research the following technique: the surveys, which were surveyed a sample of 17 workers of 33 that are in the complex. It was concluded that the organizational values are appropriate in the complex, so that they generate in workers who identify with them, as well internalising between all members of Cineplanet Trujillo Center. Being the setting of objectives and the ghost client the more common forms used to evaluate the job performance, then we can say that the organizational values are part of the performance factors of labor workers in Cineplanet Trujillo Center influencing a better performance in the period 2012-2013.
