The present work of investigation was elaborated by the purpose of determining the Quality of Attention and Level Satisfaction of the users in the Institution " National Superintendence of I them Register Public " - region the freedom 2012 With the determination of this work, the company will put emphasis in the most relevant points at which one is not employed correctly, allowing a performance adapted inside the organization.. For the present research report the design was in use descriptive - transeccional, statistician; and a survey was applied as technology of investigation. In the surveys applied to the public user of the Institution " National Superintendence of I them Register Public " - region the freedom. We can highlight that the quality of attention influences the Level satisfaction of the Users doing that this one is not the most suitable. As conclusion of the same one it hopes that the production of this work is of great usefulness To determine the qualit degree of Attention, with relation at the level of Satisfaction of the Users of the National Superintendence of I them Register Public " - region the freedom
