This research work was developed with the aim of developing a marketing plan for the Empresa Internacional de Transporte Turístico y Servicios – ITTSA, in the town of Trujillo, because the company has been developing in a highly competitive industry. With the development of the marketing plan, the company will develop strategies to help you achieve better competitiveness in the sector. For this research report descriptive design was used, and the following methods: inductive and statistical method, and finally applied the following research techniques: interviews, observation and surveys. While the results in the surveys show customers that the company provides a good quality service transport, but also those surveyed agreed that the infrastructure and equipment of the premises of the institution is not adequate. After an analysis of the company internal and external objectives were determined as: Improve competitiveness Empresa Internacional de Transporte Turístico y Servicios - ITTSA. Achieve a 20% increase in customers for 2015 over 2012. For achieving these objectives we posed the following strategies: VII Using the new location or upgrade the existing local and equip the institution with updated technology. Disseminate the experience and quality of service to the target audience. Differentiate the company for the service provided. Communicate the low price of the service to the target audience. Implement promotions to new customers. This research report concluded that a marketing plan will help rank the Empresa de Transporte Terrestre de Pasajeros ITTSA.
