dc.descriptionThe objective of this basic, descriptive and cross – sectional investigation was to determine the level of knowledge and attitude of the dental surgeon about digital marketing in the province of Trujillo in 2022 The sample consisted of 178 dental surgeons who met with the inclusión criteria and decided to articipate voluntarily; of the total, 102 (57.3%) were female and 76 (42.7%) male; According to their age, 66 (37.1%) are in the range of 21 to 30 years, 82 (46.1%) in the range of 31 to 40 years, 22 (12.3%) in the range of 41 to 50 years, 8 (4.5%) in the range of 51 years or more; According to the years of work experience, 121 (68%) are less than 10 years old, 39 (21.9%) between 11 and 20 years old, 18 (10.1%) more than 21 years old. The results indicated that the level of knowledge about digital marketing of the dental surgeons of Trujillo in the year 2022, was 20.8% with a "Good" level, followed by 42.1% with a "Regular" level, and finally 37.1% with a "Bad" level. While the attitude on digital marketing was 80.9% with a "Favorable" attitude, followed by 19.1% with a "Neutral" attitude and 0% in "Unfavorable". It is concluded that the level of knowledge about digital marketing in the dental surgeons of the province of Trujillo in the year 2022, was "Regular" (42.1%) and the attitude about digital marketing in the dental surgeons of the province of Trujillo in the year 2022, was "Favorable" (80.9%).
dc.description.abstract La presente i nvestigación de tipo básico, descriptivo y de corte transversal, tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento y actitud del cirujano dentista sobre marketing digital en la provincia de Trujillo en el 2022. La muestra estuvo conformada por 178 cirujanos dentistas quienes cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y decidieron participar voluntariamente; del total, 102 (57,3%) fueron del género femenino y 76 (42,7%) del género masculino; según su edad 66 (37,1%) están en el rango de 21 a 30 años, 82 (46,1%) en el rango de 31 a 40 años, 22 (12,3%) en el rango de 41 a 50 años, 8 (4,5%) en el rango de 51 a más años; según los años de experiencia laboral, 121 (68%) tienen menos de 10 años, 39 (21,9%) entre 11 a 20 años, 18 (10,1%) más de 21 años. Los resultados señalaron que el nivel de conocimiento sobre marketing digital de los cirujanos dentistas de Trujillo en el año 2022, fue de 20,8% con nivel “Bueno”, seguido de 42,1% con nivel “Regular”, y por último de 37,1% con un nivel “Malo”. Mientras que la actitud sobre marketing digital fue de 80,9% con una actitud “Favorable”, seguido de 19,1% con una actitud “Neutral” y de 0% en “Desfavorable”. Se concluye que el nivel de conocimiento sobre marketing digital en los cirujanos dentistas de la provincia de Trujillo en el año 2022, fue Regular” (42,1%) y la actitud sobre marketing digital en los cirujanos dentistas de la provincia de Trujillo en el año 2022, fue “Favorable” (80,9%).
