Efecto de dos fertilizantes foliares en el rendimiento y calidad de Fragaria vesca L. VAR. AROMAS EN QUIRIHUAC, LAREDO – TRUJILLO

Abstract
La presente investigación se desarrolló en la localidad de Quirihuac, distrito Laredo, provincia de Trujillo, departamento La Libertad, con el objetivo de evaluar dos fertilizantes foliares en el rendimiento y calidad de Fragaria vesca L. var. y establecer si alguno de ellos proporciona mayor rendimiento y calidad en comparación entre ellos y a un cultivo sin aplicación. Las variables evaluadas fueron: altura de planta, número de hojas por planta, número de frutos cuajados por planta, diámetro del fruto, diámetro fruto, peso de fruto, rendimiento y color de fruto. Se aplicó el diseño de bloques completos al azar con tres repeticiones. Se ejecutó el análisis de varianza al 95% para los datos generados por las evaluaciones y la prueba de significación de Tukey para las fuentes que presentaron significación estadística. Se encontró que el producto CROP + PLUS a una dosis de 2 L ha-1 mejoró las características rendimiento promedio por planta, altura de planta, número de hojas, diámetro de planta, peso promedio de fruto y número de frutos por planta así como la calidad de la fresa var. Aromas, mejorando el grado de coloración (presencia de antocianinas), disminuyendo el nivel de calidad tercera y aumentando la fresa de segunda calidad sin demedro del peso medio del fruto, además que la fertilización foliar acompañada de un bioestimulante mejora el rendimiento de la fresa var. Aromas, a partir de la comparación de dos fertilizantes foliares cuya diferencia es la adición de componentes orgánicos estimulantes en el producto CROP + PLUS respecto a sólo elementos minerales de BAYFOLAN FORTE.
