The research aimed to apply the PDCA cycle in the production area to increase the productivity of the company ARY Servicios Generales S.A.C, 2019. The research was preexperimental, which was applied to a specific process in the production area. In the collection of information, the documentary analysis technique was used and the instrument was the documentary analysis form. Descriptive statistics, Ishikawa and Pareto diagrams were used to evaluate the information. In the findings, it was found that the company has three production lines, where the one that presented the highest sales profitability was the Frescor. In which, the PHVA cycle was used where the reasons were identified: the non-planning of the job, inadequate control and calculation of the job, personnel faults, high turnover of workers, inadequate performance of personnel procedures. It was demonstrated that the implementation of the PHVA cycle, allows optimizing the productivity of the operations service from 1.79 to 2.63; likewise, it allowed improving the efficiency from 73.62% to 93.00%; and the effectiveness from 75.08% to 95.00%. In this context, it was identified that it has an influence on the faults and turnover, reducing their values from 6.26% to 3% and 9.28% to 3%, respectively. It was inferred that with the application of the PHVA cycle in the company ARY Servicios Generales S.A.C. it is feasible to increase productivity.
