dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación es un estudio de carácter mixto el cual comprende una metodología cualitativa - cuantitativa, que tiene por finalidad hallar el impacto de la crisis sanitaria suscitada en el 2020, causada por la pandemia del COVID-19 en la gobernanza de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo. El estudio de la investigación presentada, se inició con la recolección de la información mediante el análisis de documentación facilitada mediante el acceso público del mismo, como también de documentación brindada por la entidad; posteriormente se procedió a recolectar información mediante la aplicación de instrumentos como entrevista a los actores involucrados durante la gestión en turno, y una encuesta a la población de la provincia de Trujillo la cual anterior a su aplicación se realizó el análisis para determinar cuál sería la muestra que serviría para su estudio. Finalmente, se dio paso al procesamiento de los datos para poder determinar cuál fue el verdadero impacto que tuvo la crisis sanitaria en la gobernanza de la Municipalidad Provincial de Tujillo. Metodológicamente, se propuso un enfoque mixto en cual permitió el análisis de los datos para poder alcanzar el objetivo de la investigación
dc.description.abstractABSTRAC The present research is a mixed study which includes a qualitative - quantitative methodology, which aims to find the impact of the health crisis that occurred in 2020, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on the governance of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo. The study of the research presented began with the collection of information through the analysis of documentation provided through public access, as well as documentation provided by the entity; Subsequently, information was collected through the application of instruments such as interviews with the actors involved during the current management, and a survey of the population of the province of Trujillo, which prior to its application, the analysis was carried out to determine what the sample would be. that would be useful for your study. Finally, the data was processed to determine the true impact that the health crisis had on the governance of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo. Methodologically, a mixed approach was proposed in which the analysis of the data was allowed to achieve the objective of the research. In this way, it is concluded that factors such as the health crisis caused by COVID-19 caused a negative impact in various areas of management and governance of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo during the year 2020.
