Abstract
Las empresas del rubro financiero han tenido un crecimiento comercial enorme en la_x000D_
última década, dichas empresas en la actualidad manejan grandes carteras de clientes de_x000D_
distintos tipos, por lo tanto se vuelve importante mejorar la planificación del_x000D_
mantenimiento de dichas carteras._x000D_
En la actualidad se han investigado diversas variantes del problema de ruteo de vehículos_x000D_
(VRP), sin embargo, en el ámbito financiero aun no se han hecho investigaciones en la_x000D_
mejora de visitas de clientes de dichas carteras._x000D_
En la presente tesis se analiza el problema de planificación de visitas a clientes de Caja_x000D_
Trujillo agencia chepén, dicha institución financiera no cuenta con un plan de visitas, al no_x000D_
existir planificación de ningún tipo, las visitas se llevan cabo de manera rutinaria y sin_x000D_
control, se implementa un agente inteligente basado en el problema de ruteo de vehículos_x000D_
usando un algoritmo colonia de hormigas que es capaz de crear dicho plan de visitas e_x000D_
implantarlo, de tal manera que cada asesor de negocios de la institución contaría con su_x000D_
respectivo plan de visitas a clientes, se reduce el tiempo de planificación y el tiempo en_x000D_
visitar a los respectivos clientes, siendo capaz de terminar de visitar sus respectivos_x000D_
clientes dentro de un periodo de 30 días

Companies in the financial field have had huge commercial growth in the last decade,_x000D_
these companies currently manage large portfolios of different types of customers,_x000D_
therefore becomes important to improve maintenance planning of such portfolios._x000D_
At the present time have investigated various variants of vehicle routing problem (VRP),_x000D_
however, even in the financial field investigations have not been made in improving_x000D_
customer visits such portfolio._x000D_
This thesis analyzes the vehicle routing problem, currently business advisors financial_x000D_
institutions do not implement a schedule of visits to their clients masks, given the nature_x000D_
near the vehicle routing problem there is a set of nodes to be visited, a starting point and a_x000D_
visitor to the case since the nodes are the clients of such portfolios, the starting point is the_x000D_
financial institution, and the visitor is the same business consultant in charge of a_x000D_
respective portfolio._x000D_
Is considered known the location of the customers and their demands on their visits tale,_x000D_
with the implementing agent seeks to minimize the costs associated with maintaining_x000D_
client
