Abstract
El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar la relación que existe entre el proceso caritas y el cuidado del paciente intubado en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Regional de Lambayeque, Chiclayo-2022. Para ello, se aplicó una metodología cuantitativa, de tipo descriptiva–correlacional, de corte transversal, a una muestra de 60 enfermeras, quienes respondieron a cuestionarios. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron identificar que el nivel de conocimiento del proceso caritas en los enfermos fue Medio en un 73,77%, Alto en un 14,75% y Bajo en un 11,48%; el nivel de la calidad del cuidado del paciente fue Regular en un 68,85%, Buena en un 21,31% y Mala en un 9,84%. Se concluyó que existe una correlación positiva alta (0. 802) entre el Proceso caritas y cuidado del paciente intubado en los enfermos del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Regional de Lambayeque, Chiclayo, 2022
