| dc.description.abstract | En este informe de suficiencia profesional titulado Administración de créditos y cobranza de microempresas en CMAC Piura S.A.C., agencia Chepén, periodo 2018–2022, en el transcurso de los ítems nos va a mostrar las funciones desarrolladas desde el ingreso a la institución financiera como practicante de Asesor Finanzas Empresariales y posteriormente de Asesor de Negocios Senior; dichos cargos desempeñados se realizaron en la institución financiera CMAC Piura S.A.C. El desarrollo del trabajo se inicia con las actividades que se realizaron en el área de créditos de la institución financiera como Asesor de Negocios, haciendo énfasis en la relación que existe entre asesor – cliente y su correcta evaluación para un optimo otorgamiento de crédito y cobranza. CMAC Piura S.A.C. muestra un gran crecimiento y liderazgo año tras año a nivel nacional, la agencia Chepén es una de las agencias con mayor aceptación por la población; permitiéndoles a los comerciantes una asesoría para sus negocios y obtener recursos financieros para incrementar sus negocios. El método de investigación que se ha empleado es Descriptivo – Aplicativo, utilizando revisiones bibliográficas y recopilación de información de la institución financiera, así como la información de la experiencia profesional realizada. La conclusión es que las funciones desempeñadas como Asesor de Negocios influyeron favorablemente para la Caja Municipal ya que se realiza una óptima evaluación cualitativa y cuantitativa en los negocios, en donde evaluamos la capacidad de pago de los clientes y asesoramos para que puedan incrementar sus ventas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT In this professional sufficiency report entitled Credit administration and collection of microenterprises in CMAC Piura S.A.C., Chepén agency, period 2018-2022, in the course of the items it will show us the functions developed since entering the financial institution as a credit practitioner. Business Finance Advisor and later Senior Business Advisor; Said positions held were carried out in the financial institution CMAC Piura S.A.C. The development of the work begins with the activities that were carried out in the credit area of the financial institution as Business Advisor, emphasizing the relationship that exists between advisor - client and its correct evaluation for optimal credit granting and collection. CMAC Piura S.A.C. shows great growth and leadership year after year at the national level, the Chepén agency is one of the agencies with the greatest acceptance by the population; allowing merchants advice for their businesses and obtain financial resources to increase their business. The research method that has been used is Descriptive - Applicative, using bibliographic reviews and collection of information from the financial institution, as well as information from the professional experience carried out. The conclusion is that the functions performed as a Business Advisor favorably influenced the Municipal Fund since an optimal qualitative and quantitative evaluation is carried out in the businesses, where we evaluate the payment capacity of the clients and advise them so that they can increase their sales. | |
