Abstract
El objetivo del presente trabajo de postgrado es determinar la incidencia del clima
organizacional en el desempeño laboral del personal que trabaja en la administración de la
Unidad de Gestión Educativa, Región La Libertad 2023. En cuanto a la metodología
utilizada fue un diseño de investigación no experimental transversal, descriptiva
correlacional, ya que se analizó la evolución o cambio de las variables en estudio en un solo
periodo de tiempo y estos no sufrieron manipulación alguna. Se aplicó instrumentos
cuantitativos. La población fue de 180 colaboradores y la muestra de 25 colaboradores que
trabajan en la administración de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa, Región La Libertad. Se
aplicaron dos cuestionarios, uno para evaluar clima organizacional y otro para evaluar
desempeño laboral, instrumento diseñado con la técnica de Likert, cada cuestionario consta
de 12 ítems dividido en 4 dimensiones para el análisis de clima organizacional y desempeño
laboral; finalmente, para las mediciones se aplicó el programa estadístico SPPS versión 26.
Se concluyó que entre las variables clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral existe una
relación significativa, dando respuesta a la hipótesis y por otro lado existe una correlación
según R de Pearson moderada.
The objective of this postgraduate work is to determine the incidence of the organizational climate on the work performance of the personnel who work in the administration of the Local Educational Management Unit, La Libertad 2023 Region. Regarding the methodology used, it was a non-profit research design. Cross - sectional experimental, correlational descriptive, since the evolution or change of the variables under study was analyzed in a single period of time and they did not suffer any manipulation. Quantitative instruments were applied. The population was 180 employees and the sample was 25 employees who work in the administration of the Local Educational Management Unit, La Libertad region. Two questionnaires were applied, one to evaluate organizational climate and the other to evaluate work performance, an instrument designed with the Likert technique, each questionnaire consists of 12 items divided into 4 dimensions for the analysis of organizational climate and work performance; Finally, the statistical program SPPS version 26 was applied for the measurements. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate variables and job performance, answering the hypothesis and on the other hand there is a moderate correlation according to Pearson's R.
