Abstract
En este trabajo de investigación se realizó el análisis Bromatológico de agua de consumo de los caseríos del distrito de Mollepata, Provincia de Santiago de Chuco , Septiembre 2021, con el objetivo de determinar si es apta para el consumo humano, se analizaron tres muestras de cada uno de los caseríos del distrito y del pueblo de Mollepata, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos para el análisis de: Caracteres organolépticos, Oxidabilidad por Materia Orgánica, Alcalinidad, Dureza, Cloro Residual y pH. Los resultados en cada una de las determinaciones estuvieron dentro de los parámetros establecidos. Del análisis de los resultados se llegó a la conclusión que el agua consumida por los pobladores de los caseríos del distrito de Mollepata cumplen con las normas establecidas por lo que son aptas para el consumo humano
ABSTRACTS In this research work, the Bromatological analysis of drinking water from the hamlets of the district of Mollepata, Santiago de Chuco Province, September 2021 was carried out, in order to determine if it is suitable for human consumption, three samples of each were analyzed. one of the hamlets of the district and the town of Mollepata, following the established procedures for the analysis of: Organoleptic Characteristics, Oxidability by Organic Matter, Alkalinity, Hardness, Residual Chlorine and pH. The results in each of the determinations were within the established parameters. From the analysis of the results, it was concluded that the water consumed by the residents of the hamlets of the Mollepata district complies with the established standards, making it suitable for human consumption.
