Propuesta de implementación de una planta para valorización de residuos sólidos en el distrito de Huamachuco La Libertad

Abstract
Esta investigación busca resolver la problemática con respecto a la inadecuada gestión de residuos sólidos en el Distrito de Huamachuco, mediante la implementación de una planta de valorización de residuos sólidos para ellos se siguió una metodología aplicada nivel descriptivo, transversal en la cual se utilizó la mitología de FREMAP y Logit. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se realizó una recopilación de información y se hizo la proyección de la población para el tiempo de vida de la planta de valorización a 25 años, con un estudio de caracterización de residuos sólidos en el cual la generación per cápita es de 0,76 kg/persona/día. La ubicación de la planta de valorización se ha considerado en la zona este del distrito, en base a datos del cuestionario aplicada a la población como también siguiendo las consideraciones de la geología y condiciones climatológicas en las coordenadas N:9136084 y E: 826300 a 2.03 km de la ciudad de Huamachuco. Se propone una planta de valorización de 842.77 m2. El Estudio valorización económica arrojo un ingreso anual de S/. 4, 498,917.94, en relación a la evaluación social el 90% de la población está de acuerdo a participar en el proyecto finalmente en la evaluación de Impacto Ambiental se realizó con la matriz de Leopold donde se pudo identificar que los impactos positivos son más significativos de manera continua, por lo que el proyecto se considera viable, cabe indicar que los impactos ambientales negativos son de acuerdo a la magnitud de baja y mediana afección +1/-1 - +2/-2 y por el nivel de importancia son puntuales temporal.
This research seeks to resolve the problem regarding the inadequate management of solid waste in the District of Huamachuco, through the implementation of a solid waste recovery plant for them, a methodology applied at a descriptive, transversal level was followed in which mythology was used of FREMAP and Logit. To carry out this research, a collection of information was carried out and a projection of the population was made for the life of the recovery plant at 25 years, with a solid waste characterization study in which the per capita generation is of 0.76 kg/person/day. The location of the recovery plant has been considered in the eastern area of the district, based on data from the questionnaire applied to the population as well as following the considerations of the geology and climatological conditions at the coordinates N: 9136084 and E: 826300 to 2.03. km from the city of Huamachuco. A recovery plant of 842.77 m2 is proposed. The economic valuation study showed an annual income of S/. 4, 498,917.94, in relation to the social evaluation, 90% of the population agrees to participate in the project. Finally, the Environmental Impact evaluation was carried out with the Leopold matrix where it was possible to identify that the positive impacts are more significant than continuously, so the project is considered viable, it should be noted that the negative environmental impacts are according to the magnitude of low and medium impact +1/-1 - +2/-2 and by the level of importance they are temporary.
