Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la relación entre el estrés laboral y la funcionalidad familiar en trabajadores de una empresa agroindustrial, distrito Casa Grande, provincia Acope, 2023. Se logró considerar el tipo investigación aplicada, el cual se tuvo como base un diseño de tipo descriptivo. La muestra constó de 200 trabajadores a quienes se aplicó diversos métodos y técnicas basadas en una investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa. De los resultados, se puede demostrar que las dimensiones territorio y estructura organizacional familiar, los factores adaptación y afecto familiar se relacionan con el estrés laboral y la funcionalidad familiar. La muestra logró efectuarse a un nivel bajo de estrés con 59% y afecto familiar bueno con un 62%. Finalmente se denota que hay correlación entre las variables funcionalidad familiar y estrés laboral con el determinado factor clima organizacional. El estrés laboral se ha logrado convertir actualmente en un verdadero problema, tanto en servicios públicos como privados, ya que los empleados se ven sometidos a una posible presión cada vez mayor en su entorno laboral, lo que afecta a la salud mental, física y por ende en el entorno familiar; siendo este un eje principal del desarrollo de la sociedad. La presente tesis presentó una subdivisión en manera de: I. Introducción: Realidad problemática, antecedentes, bases teóricas y marco conceptual; II. Materiales y métodos; III. Presentación de resultados; IV. Discusión de resultados. V. Conclusiones; VI. Recomendaciones. VII. Referencias bibliográficas y Anexos.
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the relationship between work stress and family functionality in workers of an agro-industrial company, Casa Grande district, Ascope province, 2023. It was possible to consider the type of applied research, which was based on a descriptive type design. The sample consisted of 200 workers to whom various methods and techniques based on quantitative and qualitative research were applied. From the results, it can be shown that the dimensions of territory and family organizational structure, the factors adaptation and family affection are related to work stress and family functionality. The sample was carried out at a low level of stress with 59% and good family affection with 62%. Finally, it is noted that there is a correlation between the variables family functionality and work stress with the specific organizational climate factor. Work stress has now become a real problem, both in public and private services, since employees are subject to possible increasing pressure in their work environment, which affects mental, physical and mental health. hence in the family environment; This being a main axis of the development of society.
