Abstract
El presente trabajo de capacidad profesional ha tenido como finalidad determinar la percepción del impacto social del Programa Juntos en el Caserío Cruz de Mayo, distrito de Mache, 2024. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar las percepciones sobre el impacto social del Programa JUNTOS en los beneficiarios en esta zona de estudio. La investigación se realizó en base a una muestra no probabilística por conveniencia de 82 mujeres madres de familia beneficiarias del Programa Juntos del caserío en estudio. Se aplicaron los métodos etnográficos, etnológicos y estadísticos, así como las técnicas de observación, focus group, entrevistas y revisión bibliográfica. Este estudio establece que la percepción que tienen las beneficiarias del programa Juntos sobre el impacto es significativa al fomentar el desarrollo social y el bienestar en familias vulnerables del distrito de Mache, con énfasis dentro de la indagación en el Caserío Cruz de Mayo. Se concluye que el Programa Juntos viene generando una mejora sustancial en los rubros: educación, alimentación y salud de los beneficiarios, al promover su participación y contribuir a la inclusión social, marcando un avance relevante en la lucha contra la pobreza y el fortalecimiento comunitario. Finalmente, estimamos necesario que a través de los programas sociales se promueva la articulación productiva entre las diversas entidades públicas y privadas; con el fin de coadyuvar a la reducción de la pobreza, el desarrollo de capacidades humanas integrales que permita a las beneficiarias del caserío mayores oportunidades de desarrollo, inclusión y sostenibilidad sociales.
ABSTRACT The purpose of this professional capacity work was to determine the perception of the social impact of the Juntos Program in the Caserío Cruz de Mayo, Mache district, 2024. The objective of this research was to determine the perceptions of the social impact of the JUNTOS Program in the beneficiaries in this study area. The research was carried out based on a non-probabilistic convenience sample of 82 female mothers who were beneficiaries of the Together Program from the hamlet under study. Ethnographic, ethnological and statistical methods were applied, as well as observation techniques, focus groups, interviews and bibliographic review. This study establishes that the perception that the beneficiaries of the Juntos program have about the impact is significant in promoting social development and well-being in vulnerable families in the Mache district, with emphasis within the investigation in the Cruz de Mayo Caserío. It is concluded that the Together Program has been generating a substantial improvement in the areas: education, food and health of the beneficiaries, by promoting their participation and contributing to social inclusion, marking relevant progress in the fight against poverty and community strengthening. Finally, we consider it necessary that through social programs productive coordination between the various public and private entities be promoted; in order to contribute to the reduction of poverty, the development of comprehensive human capabilities that allows the beneficiaries of the hamlet greater opportunities for social development, inclusion and sustainability
