dc.descriptionHospitals play a fundamental role in meeting the growing need for adequate health care, needs that demand humanized services for the patient, environmentally friendly and adequate care capacity for complex pathologies that a category III-1 hospital in the city of Trujillo demands. However, this evolution is not seen in the current Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, since the facility has substantial and determining deficiencies for the proper development and care of health needs. This led to the conception of this research and its subsequent architectural proposal. The proposal for the new Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo responds to the main problem of the current hospital's deficient infrastructure, coverage and provision of health services, which affects patients, the public and health professionals. All this prevents the proper provision of health care, affecting the health and integrity of the population assigned to this facility. Therefore, this hospital project seeks to mark a milestone in the development of hospitals in Peru, both in the form and functional development of the same, having as fundamental design criteria the typological identity that identifies a health facility of high complexity, universal accessibility to users, sustainability and energy efficiency and humanization of hospital spaces. This allows to achieve adequate access, stay, care, diagnosis, treatment and recovery of each user involved.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLos hospitales cumplen un rol fundamental para cubrir la creciente necesidad de adecuada atención en salud, necesidades que exigen servicios humanizados con el paciente, amigable con el medio ambiente y capacidad de atención adecuada para las patologías complejas que demanda un hospital de categoría III-1 en la ciudad de Trujillo. Sin embargo, esta evolución no se aprecia en el actual Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, ya que el establecimiento tiene deficiencias sustanciales y determinantes para el correcto desarrollo y atención de las necesidades de salud. Esto motivó la concepción de esta investigación y su posterior propuesta arquitectónica. La propuesta del nuevo Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo responde a la problemática principal de la deficiente infraestructura, cobertura y prestación de servicios de salud del actual hospital, lo cual afecta a pacientes, público profesionales de la salud. Todo esto impide la correcta prestación de atención sanitaria afectando la salud y integridad de la población asignada a este establecimiento. Por lo tanto, este proyecto hospitalario busca marcar un hito en el desarrollo de hospitales en el Perú, tanto en la forma como el desarrollo funcional del mismo teniendo como criterios fundamentales de diseño la identidad tipológica que identifica un establecimiento de salud de alta complejidad, la accesibilidad universal a los usuarios, la sostenibilidad y eficiencia energética y la humanización de los espacios hospitalarios. Esto permite lograr un adecuado acceso, estancia, atención, diagnóstico, tratamiento y recuperación de cada usuario implicado.es_PE
