Abstract
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de percepción sobre las Políticas de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional según escalas en los subprefectos provinciales y distritales de la Prefectura Regional de Lambayeque, 2021. Este estudio cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo transversal, estuvo constituido por una población de 40 Subprefectos provinciales y distritales, que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El instrumento de recolección de datos utilizado fue un cuestionario validado por juicio de expertos. Los datos obtenidos se procesaron utilizando el programa estadístico SPSS 21, encontrando como resultado que el nivel de percepción sobre las Políticas de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional según escalas en los subprefectos provinciales y distritales de la Prefectura Regional de Lambayeque, 2021, es bueno en un 55%, regular con un 42.5% y malo con 2.5%, considerando el total de las escalas, concluyendo que, existe un nivel bueno de percepción sobre Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, se recomienda seguir investigando y profundizando en la temática dado la poca información encontrada
The objective of this study is to determine the level of perception of Occupational Health and Safety Policies according to scales in the provincial and district sub-prefects of the Regional Prefecture of Lambayeque, 2021. This quantitative, cross-sectional descriptive study consisted of a population of 40 provincial and district sub-prefects, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire validated by expert judgment. The data obtained were processed using the statistical program SPSS 21, finding as a result that the level of perception on Occupational Health and Safety Policies according to scales in the provincial and district sub-prefects of the Regional Prefecture of Lambayeque, 2021, is good in a 55 %, regular with 42.5% and bad with 2.5%, considering the total of the scales, concluding that, there is a good level of perception on Safety and Health at work, even so, it is recommended to continue investigating and deepening in the subject given little information found.
