Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo explicar la influencia de la calidad de atención que brinda el servicio de emergencia de adultos del hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray del distrito de Trujillo en la percepción sociocultural de los pacientes que asistieron como usuarios del servicio de salud por una situación de emergencia durante el mes de marzo a mayo del año 2019. El interés por los estudios sobre la calidad de los servicios de salud no ha sido ajeno al campo de las ciencias de la salud, se ha trasladado a campos disciplinares
como al de las ciencias sociales entre ellas la antropología de la salud que ha introducido con el interés de abarcar los aspectos socioculturales en torno a la problemática de la salud y entre ellas la calidad del servicio se ofrece. Por el fin que persigue, la investigación es de tipo aplicada, se orienta a la discusión de un problema coyuntural y propone soluciones a esta problemática relacionada al servicio de salud con un enfoque intercultural y humanitario; y según el análisis y alcance de sus resultados, es explicativa. Las técnicas aplicadas fueron el análisis documental y revisión de documentos de organización y protocolares como el plan estratégico institucional de EsSalud, el protocolo de atención del servicio de emergencia, reglamento de organización y funciones de EsSalud y la norma 120 de accesibilidad, encuesta dirigida a personal de salud y pacientes usuarios del nosocomio; y para el análisis de datos se utilizó el método etnográfico-etnológico, método inductivo-deductivo, método analítico sintético y el método estadístico. La muestra la conformaron 50 pacientes usuarios que acudieron al servicio de emergencia de adultos del hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray del distrito de Trujillo en el año 2019; es no probabilística, de carácter intencional, que atiende a criterios de edad (45 a 65 años).
ABSTRACT The present research aims to explain the influence of the quality of care provided by the adult emergency service of the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray hospital in the Trujillo district on the sociocultural perception of patients who attended as users of the health service due to a situation of emergency during the month of March to May of the year 2019. Interest in studies on the quality of health services has not been alien to the field of health sciences, it has been transferred to disciplinary fields such as the social sciences among them the anthropology of health that has been introduced with the interest of covering the sociocultural aspects around the health problem and among them the quality of the service is offered. For the purpose that it pursues, the research is of an applied type, it is oriented to the discussion of a conjunctural problem and proposes solutions to this problem related to the health service with an intercultural and humanitarian approach; and according to the analysis and scope of its results, it is explanatory. The techniques applied were the documentary analysis and review of organizational and protocol documents such as the EsSalud institutional strategic plan, the emergency service care protocol, EsSalud organization and functions regulations and the 120 accessibility standard, a survey aimed at personnel. health and patient users of the hospital; and for the data analysis the ethnographic-ethnological method, inductive-deductive method, analytical-synthetic method and the statistical method were used.
