| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación trata del estudio del Moche Tardío y una de sus estrategias para masificar la difusión de la religión como consecuencia de la pérdida de prestigio y poder. El área en estudio corresponde al Complejo arqueológico de Huacas del Sol y La Luna en el valle de Moche. La sociedad moche en su época final se soportaba en la religión, aunque las instituciones y la elite tenían más poder, la religión nunca dejó de ser parte fundamental de esta por ello, recurrió a diversas estrategias a través del tiempo siendo una de estas la dispersión y masificación de la religión por medio de actos públicos y libres. En estas representaciones se celebraba el calendario ritual con participación de personajes que encarnaban a los dioses y ejecutaban sacrificios además hacían participe a las momias que certificaban y consagraban la importancia de las celebraciones. Para finales de moche se construyen dos plataformas en el Núcleo Urbano, su diseño, volumen y ubicación nunca antes fue registrado, agregado a esto se conoce que bajo estas se enterraron a personajes de elite que por su ajuar participaron en vida en ceremoniales con tocados de animales sobre la cabeza, orejeras y otros ornamentos, también en esta época se produce y difunde grandes cantidades idolillos portátiles de arcillas con la representación de los dioses. Los hechos se configuraban como apoyo a las estrategias de poder que la elite usaba para permanecer en el gobierno en crisis y el escenario fue la Plataforma 2 donde se escenificaban una variedad de representaciones. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The present research deals with the study of the Late Moche and one of its strategies to massify the spread of religion as a consequence of the loss of prestige and power. The area under study corresponds to the archaeological complex of Huacas del Sol and La Luna in the Moche valley. The Moche society in its final era relied on religion, although the institutions and the elite had more power, religion never stopped being a fundamental part of it, therefore, it resorted to various strategies over time, one of these being dispersion. and massification of religion through public and free acts. In these representations, the ritual calendar was celebrated with the participation of characters who embodied the gods and performed sacrifices, and also involved mummies who certified and consecrated the importance of the celebrations. By the end of the 19th century, two platforms were built in the Urban Center. Their design, volume and location were never recorded before. In addition, it is known that elite figures were buried under them, and because of their trousseau they participated in ceremonial events with headdresses. animals on the head, ear muffs and other ornaments, also at this time large quantities of portable clay idols with the representation of the gods were produced and distributed. The events were configured as support for the power strategies that the elite used to remain in the government in crisis and the stage was Platform 2 where a variety of representations were staged. | |
