Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la influencia de las relaciones interpersonales en la participación de beneficiarios en las actividades del Comedor María Jesús Noriega de Lafora, Guadalupe, 2024, teniendo como hipótesis: Las relaciones interpersonales se muestran deficientes e influyen negativamente en la participación de los beneficiarios evidenciándose en la desintegración grupal e incumplimiento de las responsabilidades y obligaciones en el Comedor María Jesús Noriega de Lafora. La metodología utilizada fue mixta, porque en la investigación se puede encontrar datos cualitativos como cuantitativos u estadísticos. La muestra con la que se trabajó estuvo compuesta por 25 beneficiarios, aplicando métodos: Inductivo – deductivo, descriptivo, estadístico y analítico – sintético, haciendo uso de guía y registro de entrevista, observación y un cuestionario confiable y verídico a fin de poder recoger la información con respecto a las variables de estudio de relaciones interpersonales y participación, donde la técnica de la entrevista fue parte importante de la investigación cualitativa, puesto que se obtuvieron diversos testimonios veraces que se manifiestan en la presente. Los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación demuestran que las relaciones interpersonales de los beneficiarios del comedor son eficientes, y que estas no influyen de manera negativa en la participación de los mismos en las actividades de la entidad, puesto que existe una realidad positiva contraria a la esperada, donde se practican el buen trato, el respeto, entre otros.
Abstract This research was conducted with the objective of analyzing the influence of interpersonal relationships on the participation of beneficiaries in the activities of the Maria Jesus Noriega de Lafora Dining Room, Guadalupe, 2024, with the following hypothesis: Interpersonal relationships are deficient and have a negative influence on the participation of beneficiaries, evidenced by group disintegration and noncompliance with responsibilities and obligations in the Maria Jesus Noriega de Lafora Dining Room. The methodology used was mixed, because qualitative and quantitative or statistical data can be found in the research. The sample with which we worked was composed of 25 beneficiaries, applying the following methods: inductive - deductive, descriptive, statistical and analytical – synthetic, using an interview guide and record, observation and a reliable and truthful questionnaire in order to collect information regarding the study variables of interpersonal relationships and participation, where the interview technique was an important part of the qualitative research, since several truthful testimonies were obtained, which are shown in the present study. The results obtained in this research show that the interpersonal relationships of the beneficiaries of the dining room are efficient, and that these do not negatively influence their participation in the activities of the entity, since there is a positive reality contrary to what was expected, where good treatment, respect, among others, are practiced.
