Relación entre rasgos de personalidad y estilo de liderazgo de docentes de la Institución Educativa Privada San Ignacio de Loyola

Abstract
El problema de esta investigación fue ¿Existe relación entre los rasgos de personalidad y el estilo de liderazgo de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Privada San Ignacio de Loyola? Se trabajó con una muestra de 29 docentes. Mediante la aplicación del Inventario de Personalidad Eysenck y del Test de Estilos de Liderazgo Lewin se obtuvo como resultado que el 58.6% de los docentes tienen un nivel medio en rasgos de personalidad y el 55.2% de los docentes tienen un nivel medio en estilo de liderazgo, también se encontró que existe una relación positiva muy alta y significativa entre las variables (rs = 0.933; p < 0.05). En conclusión, existe relación significativa entre los rasgos de personalidad y el estilo de liderazgo de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Privada San Ignacio de Loyola.
