Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si existe asociación significativa entre clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral de docentes en la I. E. Horacio Zevallos Gamez, El Porvenir 2022. La metodología corresponde a una investigación no experimental, con enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional y de corte transversal. La muestra de estudio abarcó a 58 docentes, usándose como instrumento 2 cuestionarios para la recolección de datos. Los resultados fueron obtenidos usando el programa IBM SPSS STATISTICS 28. En este trabajo se encontró que el 31% de docentes perciben que el clima organizacional en la institución evaluada corresponde a un nivel alto, en tanto que un 40% de docentes lo percibe en un nivel medio y el 29% lo considera en un nivel bajo. En cuanto a la satisfacción laboral, el 31% de docentes consideran que existe un nivel alto, el 36% considera que existe un nivel medio y el 33% indica que existe un nivel bajo. Finalmente, mediante 3 pruebas estadísticas (Tau-b de Kendall, Gamma y Spearman) se determinó que existe asociación significativa entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de docentes en la I. E. Horacio Zevallos Gamez, El Porvenir
Abstract The objective of this research is to determine if there is a significant association between organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers at the I. E. Horacio Zevallos Gamez, El Porvenir 2022. The methodology corresponds to a non-experimental research, with a quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional approach.
