Abstract
El objetivo principal de este trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional es proponer la aplicación del trabajo colaborativo, como estrategia de aprendizaje en el área de las matemáticas, de los estudiantes rurales, despertando el interés y la inclinación por el estudio de las matemáticas y la importancia que tiene en la práctica pedagógica profesional En el sustento teórico, se exponen las definiciones, conceptos y teorías que apoyan y explican la importancia del trabajo colaborativo en el aprendizaje del área de las matemáticas como estrategia interactiva, permitiendo al estudiante desarrollar conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes. Además, en la sustentación pedagógica, se ocupa de la fundamentación del área de las matemáticas, el enfoque del área, las competencias, las habilidades y los recursos para utilizar el perfil de salida del alumno a la hora de completar la educación básica, el papel del profesor y del alumno en el aula, los procesos pedagógicos y didácticos, culminando en las conclusiones y anexos.
