Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación: Clima organizacional y Satisfacción Laboral del
profesional de enfermería del centro quirúrgico del Hospital “Regional docente de Cajamarca”. Se
utilizó el método de investigación aplicativo de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo correlacional. El
estudio tuvo una muestra de 30 profesionales de enfermería y los instrumentos utilizados fueron 2
encuestas; el primer clima organizacional y la segunda satisfacción laboral. Los resultados fueron: el
56,7% de los profesionales de enfermería percibe un clima organizacional adecuado, y un 43.3%
inadecuado. En la satisfacción laboral el 70% de los profesionales de enfermería presenta
satisfacción laboral alta y el 30% tiene una satisfacción laboral bajo. Con la aplicación de la prueba
de hipótesis x2 de Pearson y con un nivel de intervalo de confianza al 95% y un nivel de error al
0,05%, en el estudio se encontró que existe una relación significativa entre clima organizacional y
satisfacción laboral (p=0,001), de los profesionales de enfermería del Hospital Regional Docente de
Cajamarca.
The present work of investigation: Influence of the Organizational Climate and Labor Satisfaction of the nursing professional from the surgical center of the hospital “Regional Docente de Cajamarca”, had as objective to determine the relationship that exists between Climate and Labor Satisfaction of the nursing professional. Use the method application research quantitative approach, correlational descriptive. The study had a sample of 30 nursing professional and the instruments used were 2 surveys; the first organizational climate and the second labor satisfaction. The results were: Organizational Climate 56.7% of nursing professional perceive that it is healthy, and 43,3% of nursing professional perceive that it is not healthy. And the laboral satisfaction 70.0% of the nursing professional perceive high job satisfaction and the 30.0% of the nursing professional perceive high low satisfaction. With the application of Pearson's x2 hypothesis test and with a confidence interval level of 95% and an error level of 0.05%, the study found that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction (p=0.001) of the nursing professionals of the Hospital Regional Docente de Cajamarca
