Condiciones de trabajo y satisfacción laboral de enfermería en la unidad de hemodiálisis de una clínica de Trujillo

Abstract
Investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo-correlacional, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre las condiciones de trabajo y el grado de satisfacción laboral de enfermería en la unidad de hemodiálisis de la Clínica Soluciones Médicas Trujillo SAC “Consorcio del Norte”. La muestra estuvo conformada por 30 enfermeras(os) que laboran en la unidad de hemodiálisis bajo cualquier modalidad de contrato, con tiempo de servicio de 6 meses a más y que aceptaron participar de manera voluntaria. En la recolección de datos se utilizó dos instrumentos: Cuestionario para medir las condiciones de trabajo y la Escala para medir la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería elaborados por Cisneros y Saldarriaga y modificados por la autora; asimismo durante el desarrollo de toda la investigación se tuvo en cuenta a los principios éticos de respeto por las personas, beneficencia y justicia. Los resultados se procesaron en el programa SPSS usando la prueba estadística de Rho de Spearman y se presentaron en tablas con frecuencias simples y porcentuales donde se obtuvo condiciones de trabajo buenas con 53.3%, regulares con 46.7% y deficientes con 0%; la satisfacción laboral fue de alto grado en 60%, mediano con 40% y 0% con bajo grado. Además, existió correlación positiva o directa de nivel alto, entre ambas variables con un valor de significancia (p= 0.000<0.05)
Research with a quantitative approach, descriptive-correlational design, aimed to determine the relationship that exists between working conditions and the degree of nursing job satisfaction in the hemodialysis unit of the Clínica Soluciones Médicas Trujillo SAC “Consorcio del Norte”. The sample was made up of 30 nurses who work in the hemodialysis unit under any type of contract, with service time of 6 months or more and who agreed to participate voluntarily. Two instruments were used in data collection: Questionnaire to measure working conditions and the Scale to measure job satisfaction of nursing professionals developed by Cisneros and Saldarriaga and modified by the author; Likewise, during the development of the entire research, the ethical principles of respect for people, beneficence and justice were taken into account. The results were processed in the SPSS program using Spearman's Rho statistical test and were presented in tables with simple and percentage frequencies where good working conditions were obtained with 53.3%, regular with 46.7% and poor with 0%; Job satisfaction was high with 60%, medium with 40% and 0% with low grade. Furthermore, there was a high level positive or direct correlation between both variables with a significance value (p= 0.000<0.05).
